On 30 October 2026, Rosgranstroy announced operating changes at the Blagoveshchensk–Heihe, Poyarkovo–Xunke and Amurzet–Luobei crossings. The restrictions reflect the end of navigation and the seasonal transition.
The freight operation at the Blagoveshchensk mixed checkpoint will finish on 1 November 2026. From 2 November, state border checks on that freight operation will be suspended until the freeze-up period begins.
At Poyarkovo, Section 1 will operate through 4 November, with checks suspended from 5 November until the next navigation season. Section 2 will operate through 5 November inclusive; checks there will also be suspended from 6 November. Rosgranstroy’s official checkpoint profile identifies Poyarkovo as a mixed passenger and freight crossing in Amur Region, opposite China’s Xunke checkpoint.
Amurzet will extend navigation-season operations through 3 November 2026 inclusive. All state border checks there will be suspended from 4 November until navigation resumes.
The announcement establishes different dates for each operation and section. Shipments through these crossings should be planned against the applicable section and suspension date, rather than a single assumed deadline for the entire Russian–Chinese border.
