- What does the Dongbei Alliance do?
- It is a platform for business cooperation between Russia and China, focused on Northeast China and Siberia. We help companies — from finding partners and support at trade fairs and on business trips to negotiations and the next steps of a project.
- Do I need to join the Alliance to get help?
- No, we work with any company.
- Which countries and regions do you work with?
- Russia (Irkutsk Region, Siberia, the Russian Far East, Moscow, Saint Petersburg and other regions), China (Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Guangdong, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macao), Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan.
- Can you accompany us to a trade fair in China and arrange meetings?
- Yes. Depending on the task: choosing a trade fair for your product, preparation, meetings with companies, interpreting and organisational support at the fair, technical visits to production sites. We recommend contacting us about one month before the fair; timing is agreed individually.
- Do you organise business trips (business missions) to China?
- Yes: the programme, meetings with companies and organisations, negotiations, visits to production sites, support for the delegation. We recommend contacting us about two months before the trip; timing is agreed individually.
- Who interprets at negotiations?
- Interpreting is organised by the Alliance: Russian–Chinese by our own team or with third parties, English with third parties. The support team is agreed individually. You can contact the Alliance in Russian, Chinese or English.
- Can you help check a Chinese supplier?
- We can arrange a preliminary check of the counterparty, a visit to the production site, a factory inspection and a photo and video report.
- Do you help Chinese companies enter the Russian market?
- Yes, and also Russian and Chinese companies entering Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan, and companies from these countries entering China and Russia.
- How much do your services cost?
- The cost is calculated individually for each task. Reimbursement of the Alliance's expenses and third-party costs are paid separately.
- Where are you located?
- The Alliance's address is 295b Baikalskaya St., Irkutsk, Russia. The Alliance has representatives in China and in Russia.
- What should I include in my first request?
- A short description of the project, your company and industry, the product or initiative, what kind of partner you are looking for, timing and a contact person. Email: mail@dongbeialliance.com.

- Together we will define your goal, the target market, the type of partner you need, possible risks, the format of further work and the list of necessary actions.
