This policy explains how information is handled on the website of the Dongbei Alliance of Industry and Trade (necita.org.ru) and in the Alliance's internal business system, Dongbei OS (os.dongbeialliance.com).
Website
The website uses no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking cookies. The server keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page) solely for security and reliable operation.
To understand what visitors are interested in, the site server keeps anonymous statistics: which pages are opened and in which language, country (determined from the IP address), device type (phone or computer), the referring website (site address only), words entered in the site search, and button clicks (for example, "Participate", "Add to calendar", links to organisers' websites). To estimate the number of visitors, an anonymous number is used: it is calculated from the IP address and browser type with a secret that changes every day; IP addresses are not kept in the statistics, and the temporary record containing them is erased within 10 minutes. No cookies are used for statistics, and the data is not shared with any third-party services.
Requests, questions and subscription
When you submit the “Register to attend” or “Ask a question” form for an event, we receive the details you provide: name, company, position, country and city, email, phone, messenger, the services you need and your comment, together with the event concerned.
This information is used only to respond to your request and to offer the Alliance's services for that event (business missions, exhibition participation, meetings, interpreting, etc.). It is stored on the Alliance's own server (Singapore); we correspond with you via the Alliance's email (Zoho Mail). It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties.
A subscription to event announcements becomes active only after you confirm it via the link in our email; every email contains an unsubscribe link.
To access, correct or delete your data, write to mail@dongbeialliance.com — we will handle your request within a reasonable time.
Dongbei OS and Google user data
Dongbei OS is a private knowledge-management system used by the Alliance's head; there is no public sign-up. With the account owner's authorization, it accesses the owner's Google Drive through Google APIs:
· read-only access (drive.readonly) — to read files in folders the owner selects and build a search index available only to the owner;
· drive.file — to store and rotate data backups only in its own DONGBEI_BACKUPS folder; it cannot modify or delete any other files of the owner.
Data obtained from Google is stored on the owner's own server (Singapore). It is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising. To answer the owner's questions, the system sends relevant retrieved passages to Anthropic's Claude AI API for processing.
Dongbei OS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; after that, the system no longer accesses their Google Drive.
