With the support of the Dongbei Alliance, Russian and Chinese enterprises held discussions on cooperation in meat production and processing and identified opportunities for further collaboration.
From October 28 to 30, 2026, the Dongbei Alliance of Industry and Trade organized a business visit by senior executives of Harbin Lao Ha Food Co., Ltd. to Angarsk Poultry Farm, part of the Yanta Group of Companies, located in Angarsk, Irkutsk Region.
The Chinese delegation included Ms. Hu Hong, Chairwoman of Harbin Lao Ha Food Co., Ltd., and Mr. Pang Bo, General Manager of the company.
The Dongbei Alliance served as the organizer of the business visit, facilitating direct dialogue between the enterprises and creating opportunities for substantive discussions on industrial cooperation. The visit built upon previously established business contacts and marked another step in the Alliance's ongoing efforts to strengthen trade and economic ties between Russian and Chinese companies.
As part of the visit organized by the Alliance, the Chinese delegation held negotiations with Mr. Vladimir Viktorovich Sorokin, Director of Angarsk Poultry Farm, and members of the company's management team.
The discussions covered production operations, raw material supply, market expansion, technological solutions, and opportunities for joint activities in the meat processing industry.
An important part of the visit was a tour of Angarsk Poultry Farm's production facilities. Representatives of Harbin Lao Ha Food were introduced to the complete technological process, from raw material processing to finished product manufacturing. Particular attention was paid to production management, quality control systems, and food safety standards.
During the negotiations, representatives of the Chinese company shared their expertise in food processing, product development, and distribution channels. The management of Angarsk Poultry Farm, in turn, presented the company's poultry farming operations, production capacities, and regional market characteristics.
Following the discussions, both sides recognized significant opportunities for complementary cooperation in raw material supply, meat production and processing, and the utilization of their respective commercial and logistics resources.
The enterprises expressed mutual interest in further developing their partnership, agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism, and confirmed their intention to explore specific areas of industrial cooperation.
Organizing direct business engagement between Russian and Chinese enterprises is one of the Dongbei Alliance's core activities. The Alliance's role extends beyond establishing initial business contacts: it consistently facilitates dialogue, helps identify mutual commercial interests, and supports the transition toward the development of concrete joint projects.
